“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.” Isaiah 6:8
The purpose of the Missionary Ministry is show love and compassion for people by ministering to the sick and shut-in whether in the hospital or at home. We are to minister to our bereaved families and to avail ourselves and provide help wherever the need may be. We accomplish this through prayer, evangelism and by edifying the Word of God. The Ministry meets on the first Saturday of each month at 9 a.m.

“Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.” Hebrews 13:2
What can be better than fellowship with one another? Our Hospitality Ministry makes sure that every meal you eat from our kitchen is delicious and served with a smile. We have several different groups of volunteers who use their gifts to make sure the ministry is a success. God has even given us two chefs and other individuals skilled in culinary and food preparation.

“Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body.” Hebrews 13:3
The Prison Ministry is designed to encourage those who are incarcerated to remind them that even though they have made bad decisions that have brought them to their present state that Christ still loves them and desires to be a part of their lives. It is the mission of the ministry to introduce those who do not know the Master about a loving and forgiving Savior and to encourage those who have lost their way to get back in a right relationship with Christ. The Ministry currently visits the Hanover Juvenile facility on the fourth Sunday of each month.
